The catamaran Athala II was specifically designed and built to cruise the Galapagos Islands in style. All cabins have ocean views with large portrait windows (not portholes), and those on the main deck have the additional luxury of a private balcony.

In September the 16-passenger Athala II will undergo an extensive renovation. Reemerging on October 15th, the yacht will offer a whole new level of comfort. Renovations to be made include the installation of a larger Jacuzzi on the sun deck, new flooring on the sun deck with the addition of a retractable awning, new fabrics, mattresses, and furnishings along with a complimentary one time stocked mini-bar in each cabin, wooden floors to replace carpeted areas, four new double kayaks, and the installation of a state of the art water treatment plant.
